Attendance & Punctuality Policy
Regular attendance is critical to academic success. Clarus Academy values time and expects students to be present and punctual every school day.
School starts at 7:30 AM and closes at 3:00 PM from Monday to Friday.
Absences must be reported by 8:00 AM with a valid reason.
Late arrivals after 8:00 AM require sign-in at the admin office.
Frequent lateness or absenteeism may lead to disciplinary actions.
Discipline Policy
We encourage positive behavior using a reward-based system. Misconduct is addressed with fairness and in line with Christian values.
We promote restorative practices over punitive discipline.
Anti-bullying is a zero-tolerance zone. Any reports are investigated thoroughly.
All disciplinary actions are documented and communicated with parents.
Health & Safety Policy
The well-being of our students and staff is paramount. Clarus Academy adheres to all safety regulations and provides a secure campus.

Students are not allowed to leave the campus during school hours without supervision.

Fees & Payment Policy
